Council Member, Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications (KIGEiT)
Dr Stepinska-Ustasiak is a Sociologist (PhD), focusing on the social impact of technology and the implications of ICTs for human and institutional capacity building. She is a public policy expert with 6 years of academic work and more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunication sector (Orange and UPC). She is a co-author of reports, author of publications, lecturer and public speaker. As the head of social and corporate policy in the UKE (Office of Electronic Communications), Dr Stepinska-Ustasiak was responsible for NRA’s relations with entrepreneurs, public administrations, consumers and academic institutions. Recently, she focused on scientific projects as part of ?ukasiewicz - ITECH, Institute of Innovation and Technology. She is now a Council Member at Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications (KIGEiT).
